Coupons

From time to time, Gardens Are… offers money saving coupons to its retail customers.

To redeem a Gardens Are… coupon, enter the Coupon ID in the “Redeem Coupon” field of your shopping cart prior to checkout.

There is a limit of one coupon per order. Coupons cannot be applied to previous orders and may not be applied to the purchase of gift certificates. Other restrictions may apply (see individual coupons for details).

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates issued by Gardens Are… expire 7 years after the date of issuance and are not subject to any dormancy or inactivity fees.

Gift certificates are non‐refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Upon a certificate being redeemed for at least 90 per cent of its face value, the holder may make an election to receive the balance in check or continue with the gift certificate.

Redeeming
If you are the holder of a Gardens Are… gift certificate, enter the Gift Certificate ID in the “Redeem Gift Certificate” field of your shopping cart prior to checkout.

Purchasing
eCertificates are delivered free, by email, pending credit card approval or receipt of check or money order payments. Valid shipping addresses are required for proper delivery of eCertificates. Purchase gift certificates now.

Payment Methods

Gardens Are… accepts the following forms of payment.

At the time of ordering an authorization to hold funds for the amount of the order is requested. Upon approval, Gardens Are… receives, prepares and ships the order. Payments are made when the order ships.

Checks and Money Orders
If you would like to pay by check you can pay online using PayPal, place your order by phone (1–877–853–4135) or print your order receipt from the shopping cart and mail a copy with your payment to:

Placing an Order

Gardens Are… offers three convenient ways to order.

Online
To place an order securely online:

1. Add an item to your shopping cart.
2. Make adjustments to the quantities if needed and update the cart. You may either continue shopping (repeat steps 1–2 until you are finished shopping) or check out (continue to step 3).
3. Select a shipping method and enter your billing/shipping information.
4. Select a payment method and enter special order instructions.
5. Print your receipt.

Phone
To place an order by phone:

Mail
To place an order by postal service:

1. Add an item to your shopping cart.
2. Make adjustments to the quantities if needed, and update the cart. You may either continue shopping (repeat steps 1–2 until you are finished shopping) or change the checkout method to “Printable Order Form” and check out (continue to step 3).
3. Select a shipping method and enter your billing/shipping information.
4. Print your receipt. Mail a copy of your receipt with your payment to:

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Gardens Are… purchase, you may return it for a refund. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt and refunds are issued based on the original payment method. If an item you wish to return was not designated as a gift when purchased or was not shipped to you directly by Gardens Are… a refund will be issued to the original billing account. Purchases by gift certificate are eligible for exchange only.

Exceptions
Service charges are non‐refundable unless an order has been damaged in transit or misdirected. Consequently, Gardens Are… will arrange the return of such orders. Returns are not accepted C.O.D. Please contact Customer Service at 1–877–853–4135 for return authorizations.

Sales Tax

As a Massachusetts vendor, Gardens Are… is required to collect a 5% Sales Tax on orders being shipped to locations within the Commonwealth.

Tax‐Exempt Organizations
Sales tax will not be charged on orders when a valid Tax ID is entered for an approved tax‐exempt organization. If you are ordering for the first time on behalf of a tax‐exempt organization, please contact Customer Service at 1–877–853–4135. Be prepared to provide proof of tax exemption in the state that the order is being shipped. Upon approval, you may use the Tax ID by entering it in the “Enter Tax ID” field of the shopping cart during consequent checkouts.

Shipping & Handling

Gardens Are… offers same day shipping on orders of in-stock items received by 5:00 p.m. EST during regular business days. Our default shipping method is USPS Priority Mail®. Orders requiring next day service may be placed until 5:30 p.m. EST. Regular business days are Monday to Friday excluding Federal Reserve holidays.

DHL
Domestic orders can be sent anywhere in the 48 contiguous states by DHL Next Day, 2nd Day, or Ground (1–6 business days). International orders can be sent DHL Worldwide Priority Express and delivered in 1–5 business days.

UPS
Domestic orders not being sent to an APO, FPO or PO Box can be sent Next Day Air®, Second Day Air®, 3 Day Select® or UPS Ground (1–5 business days). International orders can be sent Standard to Canada or Worldwide Express.

United States Postal Service
Domestic orders can be sent Express Mail® (next day delivery to most locations 365 days a year) or Priority Mail® (2–3 days). International orders can be sent Global Express Mail or Global Parcel Post. If you would like to make special arrangements and have your order shipped domestic First-Class Mail® or Parcel Post® please contact Customer Service at 1–877–853–4135.

Customer Pickup
If you would like your order billed to your DHL, FedEx or UPS account, please contact Customer Service at 1–877–853–4135.

View shipping options and rates during checkout on the Billing/Shipping Information page. Rates are established by the carriers. Any order that exceeds $399.99 in merchandise is eligible for free ground shipping within the U.S.

There is a flat base handling fee of $1.00 for each order. There is an additional $2.50 handling fee for international orders.

Shipping & Handling charges are non‐refundable.

Tracking an Order

In a case where Gardens Are… is not able to ship an order immediately, Customer Service will contact you to explain the delay.

Once your order has shipped, an automated update is sent to the billing email address. The email contains the shipping method, tracking number and ship date.

You can track your package(s) by visiting our tracking page and entering the tracking number(s) in the appropriate search field.
